About the role

Work Schedule:
40% FTE, day shift working for a minimum of 10 hours per week scheduled between 7a – 5p, Monday - Friday. You will work at University Hospital located at 600 Highland Ave.

We are seeking an Office Assistant to:

  • Provide clerical support to Surgical Pathology.
  • Assist with scanning, filing, mailing, and printing documents.
  • Prepare form letters and correspondence.
  • Perform basic data entry into applicable systems.
  • Order supplies, materials, services, and/or equipment.

Qualifications

  • No minimum education required.
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.

Work Experience

  • 1 year of experience in an administrative support role preferred.
