Business Segment Overview: Commercial : With boots on the ground authenticity at the heart of everything we do, our comprehensive array of commercial products and services enable you to work directly with our clients, across hedging, risk management, execution and clearing, OTC products, commodity finance and more.
Responsibilities Position Purpose: To help Beijing office Chief Rep. to fulfil daily work.
Primary duties will include:
- KYC process
- Demonstrate ability to communicate to US office colleagues with fluent English
- Assist Beijing office Chief Rep. with management of daily office operations and assigned tasks
- Maintain customer relationships and deliver customers’ questions to US team.
- Assist in document handling as instructed including file maintenance & set up

Qualifications To land this role you will need:
- Bachelor or master’s degree in English, Economics, and Finance major is preferred.
- Proficient oral and written English
- Ability to work independently
- Initiative and high responsibility
- Ability to multitask and prioritize multiple projects in a busy, demanding environment
- Must be able to travel
- Bilingual Mandarin
