Job Summary
As an Office Administrator at The Goddard School of Brookfield Wisconsin, you will help create a warm, organized, and welcoming environment for our families, children, and staff from the moment they walk through our doors. The Office Administrator plays a key role in supporting daily school operations while maintaining a positive and professional presence. This position requires strong communication skills, attention to detail, flexibility, and a genuine passion for Early Childhood Education.
Responsibilities

- Support the administrative team with daily operations
- Contribute to a positive, team-oriented culture
- Serve as a welcoming and knowledgeable resource for families and children
- Greet parents and visitors with professionalism and warmth
- Answer phones and manage general inquiries
- Maintain accurate records and documentation and filing
- Assist teachers in classrooms as needed
- Help ensure compliance with school policies and licensing requirements
- Support special events and school activities
Qualifications
- Experience in Early Childhood Education (preferred)
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Professional demeanor and positive attitude
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Comfortable supporting classrooms when needed
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Strong computer literacy with experience in data entry, filing systems, and clerical procedures
- Exceptional phone etiquette and customer support skills
- Previous office management roles demonstrating technical proficiency and organizational expertise (preferred)
Pay: $18.00 - $21.00 per hour
Expected hours: 18.0 – 21.0 per week
