Role & Responsibilities
- Lead and support the therapy team, assisting with daily operations, scheduling, training, and communication.
- Provide direct patient care, focusing on personalized interventions to support recovery.
- Collaborate with hospital staff and the Director of Therapy Operations to ensure seamless treatment delivery.
- Celebrate patient progress and achievements throughout their rehabilitation journey.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current licensure or certification per state requirements.
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in an accredited therapy program.
- Minimum of three years’ experience in occupational therapy or leadership, including two years of clinical practice.
- CPR certification (or obtained within 30 days of hire).
- Active on Therapy Clinical Ladder or hold relevant professional certifications (preferred).
