About the role
We are seeking a licensed Occupational Therapist to serve as an Occupational Therapy Supervisor for a part-time outpatient program focused on veterans at a Los Angeles location.
Key responsibilities include: providing clinical leadership, supervision, and program development support . Supervising staff, ensuring quality client care , conducting case reviews and assessments , and developing individualized treatment plans . The role also entails performing performance evaluations, coordinating training, managing caseloads, and maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with regulations.
Qualifications: Master’s degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, current CA licensure, minimum 2 years clinical experience , and preferably supervisory or leadership experience, especially in supportive housing or residential settings . Candidates should have experience working with diverse populations, mental health services, substance abuse issues, and familiarity with Department of Mental Health documentation .
Skills: strong leadership, clinical expertise, collaboration, and organizational skills to ensure effective service delivery and compliance.
