We are seeking Occupational Therapists to join a dedicated team providing 1:1 Geriatric House Calls™ in Brooklyn and surrounding areas.
Key Responsibilities Include
- Delivering personalized occupational therapy services to older adults in their communities
- Implementing autonomous, clinically-excellent interventions to improve patient outcomes
- Participating in an interdisciplinary team focused on functional improvements
- Creating and adjusting treatment plans to meet individual patient needs
Qualifications And Skills
- Valid occupational therapy license or eligibility in the state(s) of practice
- Degree from an accredited occupational therapy program
- Basic computer literacy and current CPR certification
