What We’re Looking For
- Active Occupational Therapy license in the state of California
- Master’s or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy
- Previous school-based or pediatric OT experience preferred
- Enthusiastic team player eager to collaborate with educators and families
- Effective communicator with strong organizational skills
Key Responsibilities
- Assess students’ functional abilities and develop tailored therapy plans
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other professionals to support student goals
- Provide direct and consultative therapy services in individual or group settings
- Maintain accurate records and participate in IEP meetings
- Empower students to develop fine motor, sensory, and adaptive skills for classroom success
