Occupational Therapist (OT) - Skilled Nursing Summary Seeking a skilled Occupational Therapist to provide therapy and rehabilitation services in a healthcare facility. The role involves assessing patients' functional needs, developing and adjusting individualized treatment plans with therapeutic exercises and techniques, and documenting progress to enhance patient outcomes. The therapist will work with both new and ongoing patients, ensuring care is delivered promptly, competently, and compassionately.
Responsibilities Include
- Assessing and setting goals based on patient needs
- Reassessing and modifying care plans as needed
- Maintaining accurate documentation of evaluations and treatment plans
- Using resources efficiently and safely
- Performing duties with professionalism and care
Qualifications And Skills
- Active state license as an occupational therapist
- Current CPR/BLS certification
- At least 6 months of recent OT experience
