Role Overview: An Occupational Therapist in Home Health evaluates and treats patients' functional abilities, activities of daily living, fine motor skills, and home assessments. Key Responsibilities
- Assess patient needs and functional status, documenting findings for CMS compliance.
- Develop and modify therapy plans in coordination with healthcare team members.
- Monitor and report patient responses and changes to the medical team.
- Conduct diagnostic and prognostic functional ability tests.
Qualifications & Skills
- Current state licensure in Occupational Therapy.
- CPR certification and a valid driver’s license with access to transportation.
- Ability to work effectively in diverse home environments and with patients of all backgrounds.
- Preferred skills include strong multitasking, independence, communication, and organizational abilities.
Compensation & Benefits: The role offers a competitive hourly rate ranging from $43.85 to $65.77, with additional benefits such as health coverage, incentives, 401k, and stock options, based on experience and qualifications.
