About the role
Join as an Occupational Therapist (OT) in a compassionate healthcare setting, providing in-home services to clients in Montrose, CO. Responsibilities Include
- Evaluating clients and delivering Occupational Therapy based on physician’s orders.
- Supervising and managing therapy assistants and aides involved in client care.
- Planning, implementing, coordinating, and evaluating therapy services, including scheduling and documentation.
- Performing special assignments and ensuring compliance with state Occupational Therapy Practice Act.
Qualifications
- Licensed or registered as an Occupational Therapist in Colorado.
- Graduation from an accredited Occupational Therapy program or eligibility for certification.
- Minimum of one year of relevant work experience.
- Valid driver’s license, proof of insurance, and transportation means.
