What You’ll Do (Your Impact)
- Help residents regain independence in daily activities like dressing, bathing, mobility, and cognition
- Design personalized therapy plans that reflect each resident’s goals, not just diagnoses
- Use evidence-based interventions to drive meaningful functional outcomes
- Partner with nurses, PTs, SLPs, and physicians as part of a strong interdisciplinary team
- Educate residents and families so progress continues beyond therapy sessions

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Occupational Therapist (OT) in good standing
- Passion for helping others regain independence and confidence
- Strong communication and documentation skills
- SNF or post-acute experience preferred, but new grads welcome with mentorship support
