Seeking an OBGYN locum physician for ongoing coverage in a Georgia hospital.
- Shift Coverage: 24 shifts per month, with options of 12- or 24-hour shifts starting at 7:00 a.m. EST.
- Responsibilities include: Providing GYN care, performing circumcisions, and acting as first assist in surgeries.
- Support and Backup: Hospitalists offer backup for family practice and other services; available to assist hospitalists as needed.
- Hospital Details: Level II NICU, approximately 157 deliveries monthly, with 14 managed by hospitalists, and 269 patient encounters outside deliveries.
- Additional Info: No onsite MFM, in-house anesthesia available, and use of Epic EMR system.
Qualifications & Skills
- Board certification in OB-GYN.
- Experience in obstetrics and gynecology procedures.
- Ability to perform circumcisions and assist in surgeries.
- Strong clinical skills and ability to work collaboratively within hospital teams.
