About The Client An architectural firm with multiple offices & projects across Canada, seeks an OAA Intern. Technologist , or Architectural Designer for their London Ontario office. You have strong Revit skills to work on mid-sized community-based projects such as schools, long term care, senior homes, clinical labs and community centers.
What They Are Looking For
- Candidates with local ties - family or relatives - in the greater London Ontario area
- 5+ five years of post graduate experience; Architectural Technologist or Bachelor of Architecture credentials; 3+ in mid-sized projects ranging from $10~120 million dollars
- Experience designing schools, community centers, long-term care, or clinics; community-based projects; portfolio of demonstrated skills required
- Solid Revit skills and knowledge OBC and building science fundamentals
- Ability to produce a set of high-quality drawings in Revit; details and documentation that are clear, accurate, comprehensive and consistent
- Strong spoken and written English skills; ability to collaborate well with employees and external stakeholders
- Working knowledge of Microsoft Office, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, and project management software
- A desire to grow professionally and work with multiple stakeholders
