About This Role
This Nutritionist role focuses on providing health and nutrition consultation to customers, supporting their product choices, and contributing to sales targets. The position suits a target-oriented individual with good communication skills who is ready to work in shifts within a retail or pharmacy setting.
Responsibilities
- Provide service and consultation to customers regarding health products, including over-the-counter medicines, supplements, nutrition products, and other health products according to competence
- Provide consultation and education regarding nutrition, healthy eating patterns, and lifestyle according to customer needs
- Assist customers in choosing products that suit their health and nutrition needs by providing accurate and responsible information
- Achieve individual and store sales targets through proactive, educational, and customer-needs-oriented service
- Carry out store/pharmacy operational activities, including product arrangement, checking product availability, and stock opname
- Arrange products on storage shelves according to the FEFO/FIFO system
- Assist in monitoring and handling products approaching or exceeding their expiration date according to procedures
- Be actively involved in education, health promotion, and store activities to increase customer engagement and sales
- Maintain service standards, cleanliness, tidiness, and customer experience in the store area
Requirements
- Minimum S1 degree in Nutrition/Nutritional Science
- Work experience in a pharmacy, retail, or health industry is a plus (fresh graduates are welcome to apply)
- Good understanding of health products, nutrition, and supplements, and able to provide basic nutrition education and consultation
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to serve customers and achieve sales targets
- Target-oriented, meticulous, proactive, and possess high integrity
- Leadership skills (a plus point) and able to work with a team
- Able to work in a team and ready to work in a shift system
- Willing to be placed according to company needs
