This role supports Soldier readiness by developing and delivering nutrition support services that enhance physical and cognitive performance, recovery, and overall readiness. The Nutritional Performance Specialist works directly with Soldiers, unit leaders, and other H2F Performance Team specialists to provide evidence-based guidance on fueling, hydration, body composition, nutrient timing, and healthy eating practices. This position also coaches and mentors unit H2F-Integrators to strengthen the unit
