Job Details
Our Nursing Supervisor will:
- Be responsible for the overall direction and leadership of the Hospital.
- Be accountable for the fiscal and operational aspects of the Hospital.
- Has responsibility for meeting regulatory agency requirements.
- Be responsible for the standard of practice utilized on the patient care areas.
- Act as the Administrator on duty for the Hospital in the absence of the President or Vice President.
- Report to the Vice President/Assistant Vice President of Nursing.
Qualifications:
- NYS RN license and registration required.
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master’s degree preferred.
- Two to five years clinical experience with demonstrated leadership abilities, ability to work under stressful situations, and possess good oral and written communication skills.
- Previous Clinical Nursing Supervision experience in an acute care, hospital based setting preferred.
Posted Salary Range
USD $64.10 - USD $74.35 /Yr.
