Qualifications & Skills
- Minimum of three years of clinical experience with demonstrated leadership, interpersonal, and management skills.
- Current RN license/Permit in the practice state; Bachelor's degree required or actively pursuing one.
- Proficiency in computer use and data analysis; preferred BSN and master's degree.
- Specialty certification preferred.
