This nursing assistant role provides direct patient care in the Inpatient Rehab Unit at Essentia Health Duluth - Miller Dwan. You will work under the direct supervision of a Registered Nurse, Nurse Manager, Assistant Head Nurse, and/or Department Director, contributing to the mission and goals of Essentia Health. The position involves serving patients' needs in a manner conducive to their safety and comfort, and working within job scope to meet the requirements of the Joint Commission and other applicable regulatory and accrediting agencies.
