Full-Time: 80 Hours Bi-Weekly

Summary:

The Nurse Program Coordinator are professionals responsible for managing the day-to-day tasks that keep the program running smoothly.

Responsibilities:

  • Determines the education needs of personnel, multi-disciplinary team members and others; implements patient and family education in collaboration with the multi-disciplinary team.
  • Provides leadership for the team in collaboration with the program medical director.
  • Oversees office operations for the program
  • Maintains records and files for the program
  • Collects and analyzing data on the program
  • Ensures compliance with program regulations
  • Plans and schedules program events
  • Monitoring program budgets
  • Helps with marketing efforts for the program
  • Prepares required reports
  • Other duties as required.

Other information:

Technical Expertise

  • Experience managing all aspects of programs is preferred.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills required.
  • Experience working with all levels within an organization is required.
  • Experience in healthcare is preferred.
  • Proficient in MS Office Suite [Outlook, Excel, Word] or similar software is required. Epic or similar EMR software is preferred.

Education and Experience

  • Education: Bachelor's Degree in related field is required. Master's degree in related field is preferred.
  • Certification License in related field is required (RN is required to hold current license in Ohio.
  • Years of relevant experience: 2- 4 years is preferred.
  • Years of experience supervising: None.
