This role involves providing quality and cost-effective management for outpatients in the Colorado Region who have complex wound, ostomy, and continence care needs. The Certified Wound/Ostomy/Continence (CWOC) Nurse Practitioner assesses, formulates, implements, and reevaluates patient care plans, while also offering expert consultation, coordination of services, and education for patients, families, and the healthcare team.
