This role is for an independent healthcare provider who will work collaboratively with physicians and other members of a multidisciplinary health care team to provide comprehensive care in a variety of settings. The Nurse Practitioner will demonstrate a high degree of clinical expertise, providing direct individualized patient care and treatment with responsibility for assessing, examining, diagnosing, and analyzing the patient's current health condition, and developing short and long-term goals and treatment plans.
