Nurse Practitioner Responsibilities:
- Provide primary care to a patient panel in patient territory (80% in home, 20% virtual)
- Complete history and physical exams and order laboratory and diagnostic tests as needed.
- Educate patients about medication usage and side effects, and prescribe medications as permitted by state prescribing authorities.
- Approx 5 visits per day
Location:
- Patient homes within a 30-minute radius of your home location (Mesa, North Phoenix, or Tempe) mileage reimbursed
Schedule:
- Monday-Friday, 8a - 5p
