As a Nurse Manager, you will be responsible for the following duties:
- Oversee nursing care delivery to ensure patient safety, quality, and satisfaction.
- Participate in case management rounds and family conferences to support holistic patient care and resolve issues.
- Monitor and evaluate clinical practices to maintain and enhance standards of care.
- Supervise ward operations including staffing, scheduling, and resource allocation.
- Conduct monthly ward meetings to discuss performance, address concerns, and share updates.
- Serve as a clinical mentor and resource for nursing staff.
- Promote and support participation in continuing education, in-service training, and wellness programs.
- Conduct staff performance appraisals in line with organizational policy.
- Coordinate and collate quality assurance activities, including audits and quarterly reviews.
- Compile and analyze monthly incident and infection control statistics.
- Ensure adherence to healthcare regulations, accreditation standards, and hospital policies.
- Take part in policy development and strategic planning.
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Supervisor or Head of Department.
Requirements:
• Possess a Bachelor Degree in Nursing with valid SNB registration
