About the role
Seeking a Nurse Manager in the Cardiac Cath Lab to oversee nursing staff and ensure delivery of safe, quality, and cost-effective care. Responsibilities Include
- Assisting the Chief Nursing Officer in managing staffing, resource utilization, and meeting productivity and financial goals.
- Collaborating effectively with administrative personnel, physicians, and staff to enhance communication and improve processes across departments.
- Maintaining high levels of customer service satisfaction and clinical excellence.
Qualifications
- Graduate of an approved nursing school; BSN preferred.
- Current Missouri RN license or applicable compact licensure.
- At least three years of nursing experience in procedural areas; leadership experience preferred.
- Certifications in BLS, ACLS, and PALS required within 90 days of hire.
- Strong human relations, communication skills, and clinical expertise in the area of responsibility.
