The Motherhood Center
This role oversees the daily operations of the nursery within The Motherhood Center's Perinatal Partial Hospital Program (PHP) in New Jersey. The Nurse Manager ensures a safe, nurturing, and developmentally appropriate environment for infants while supporting mothers in treatment. The role involves direct infant care, supervision of nursery staff, and close collaboration with clinical and administrative teams.

TMC offers one of the nation 's only non-hospital based perinatal partial hospitalization programs, as well as outpatient therapy, support groups and education for both patients and providers.
