This night-shift post on the cardiac ward pairs patient care with mentoring new nurses. As a Nurse Extern, you will play a vital role in providing patient-centered care under the supervision of a Registered Nurse, directly supporting patient safety, comfort, and overall well-being. This role is essential in assisting the nursing team, responding to emergent situations, and ensuring high-quality care while advancing your nursing education.
