This full-time role leads education across two Sydney hospitals, Hunters Hill and Castlecrag Private Hospitals, driving clinical excellence and strengthening team safety and capability. As Education Coordinator, you will collaborate with managers and staff to design and deliver contemporary education that directly influences staff confidence, patient outcomes, regulatory compliance, and the standard of care. This position reports to the Director of Clinical Services and receives professional support from the Learning and Development Manager.
