This Field Nurse Case Manager role involves the medical case management of work-related injuries, including assessment, planning, coordination, implementation, and evaluation of injured individuals. The Case Manager works with various stakeholders to monitor the progress of injured workers and report results. It is a home-based position with travel to appointments.
