Your Impact
As a Wound Care Nurse, you'll provide specialized care for patients with wound, skin, ostomy, and continence needs. You'll assess patient conditions, develop individualized care plans, perform wound care treatments, monitor healing progress, and educate patients and caregivers on best practices for wound management and prevention. Your clinical expertise will play a vital role in improving patient outcomes and promoting comfort and independence at home.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking a compassionate and clinically skilled Registered Nurse with strong wound assessment and treatment abilities. Home health, clinic, hospital, or healthcare experience is preferred. Wound, Ostomy, and Continence Nursing (WOCN) certification is preferred but not required. The ideal candidate is confident working independently, communicates effectively with patients and healthcare professionals, and is passionate about delivering exceptional patient-centered care.
