Your Impact
Working closely with physicians, caregivers, and the clinical team, you'll provide skilled nursing services, administer treatments and medications, monitor patient conditions, educate families, and respond to changing care needs. Your attention to detail and compassionate approach will help patients receive the highest quality care at home.
What We're Looking For
We're seeking an LVN with an active Texas license, current in-person CPR/BLS certification, valid driver's license, auto insurance, and a recent TB test or chest X-ray. At least one year of nursing experience in home health, a clinic, or a healthcare setting is required, along with a commitment to professionalism and exceptional patient care.
