At Jersey Mike's, we're searching for individuals who are passionate about serving high-quality, fresh products in a clean and friendly atmosphere. As a Crew Member, you'll be an integral part of our team, responsible for ensuring our customers receive the best experience possible.
Responsibilities:
- Preparing and serving our signature subs, wraps, and bowls with a sense of urgency and attention to detail
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area, following food safety guidelines
- Interacting with customers in a friendly and courteous manner, while customizing their orders to meet their preferences
- Operating the cash register and handling cash and credit card transactions accurately
- Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed
- Participating in community events and initiatives to give back to our local community
Requirements:
- Previous experience in the food service industry is preferred but not required
- Strong communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays
