Starting at $18.00 per hour, with increases based on client needs, care level, and experience.
Weekly pay.
Required:
- Valid driver's license
- Valid auto insurance
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to pass a background check and drug screening
Preferred:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of caregiving experience
- Fingerprint Clearance Card
Experience with any of the following is a plus:
- Memory care / dementia support
- Incontinence and toileting care
- End-of-life care
As a FirstLight caregiver, you'll help clients remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes by:
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Assisting with bathing, dressing, grooming, and personal care
- Supporting continence and toileting needs
- Assisting with mobility, walking, lifting, and transfers
- Preparing meals and encouraging proper nutrition
- Performing light housekeeping and maintaining a safe environment
- Providing medication reminders and basic health observation
- Assisting with transportation, errands, and shopping
- Completing other duties as assigned
