Qualifications & Skills: Candidates must be a registered nurse (RN) with a diploma, associate, or bachelor’s degree, and have at least one year of critical care experience, preferably in cardiac care. Certification in Basic and Advanced Cardiac Life Support is required within specified timeframes.
Key Duties: Evaluate patients, facilitate perioperative education, ensure surgical site verification, recognize emergencies, monitor patient conditions, document thoroughly, and participate in continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves on-call responsibilities during non-business hours and active engagement in team rounding and workflow enhancements.
