Role Overview: A non-invasive cardiologist is needed for a well-established outpatient-focused practice in Athens, Ohio. The position offers a collaborative environment with experienced team members, system-wide electrophysiology, peripheral vascular, and heart failure expertise access, and predictable scheduling with shared call duties supported by advanced practice providers.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide outpatient non-invasive cardiology services
- Participate in light weekday call with system coverage
- Share weekend call responsibilities (1:4 rotation)
- Utilize EPIC electronic medical record system
- Engage in teaching residents and medical students, with potential for academic appointment
Qualifications & Skills
- Board Eligible/Board Certified in cardiology
- Interest in clinical stability, collaboration, and professional growth
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
