Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of developers in designing, developing, and implementing web applications using JavaScript, React.js, and Node.js
- Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, provide technical guidance, and ensure project deliverables meet quality standards
- Drive best practices in web development, including code reviews, performance optimization, and scalability
- Stay updated with the latest trends and technologies in web development to enhance team capabilities and project outcomes
- Troubleshoot technical issues, provide solutions, and support continuous improvement of web applications
- Ensure adherence to project timelines, budget constraints, and overall project goals
Requirements
- Proficiency in JavaScript, with a strong understanding of React.js and Node.js frameworks
- Experience in leading and managing a team of developers in web application development projects
