Role: Night Supervisor (RN/LPN) - responsible for overnight clinical leadership in senior care settings.
Responsibilities Include
- Monitoring resident health and responding to condition changes
- Evaluating and documenting falls, incidents, and emergencies
- Supervising care teams, medication staff, and shift assignments
- Overseeing medication administration, narcotic counts, and transcribing physician orders
- Ensuring documentation compliance with regulatory standards
- Maintaining communication with physicians, pharmacy, and families
Qualifications And Skills
- Active RN or LPN license in good standing
- Graduate of an approved nursing program
- At least 1 year of experience in senior care or clinical settings
- Strong assessment, delegation, and documentation skills
