About This Role
As a Night Auditor at The Hoxton, Holborn, you will ensure that our guest experience remains exceptional, even during the night. You will treat guests as individuals, making them feel welcome and special throughout their stay.
Responsibilities
- Ensure guest experience never flags, addressing their needs and making them feel welcome
- Manage guest check-ins and check-outs, ensuring all bills are accurate
- Collaborate with all teams to maintain high occupancy levels and assist the Night Manager with overbooking issues
- Answer phone calls and address requests, serving as the primary point of contact for guests
Requirements
- Positive attitude and a helpful demeanor, with the ability to remain calm under pressure
- Previous hotel experience is a plus, but eagerness to learn is essential
- Passion for hospitality and creating memorable experiences for guests and colleagues
- Willingness to work collaboratively within a smaller night team
- Openness to trying new approaches and adapting to different situations
