Night Auditor

Grand Hotel Continental, a 4-star establishment in the center of Tirrenia (PI), is looking for a Night Auditor to initially be hired on a fixed-term contract aimed at subsequent transformation to a permanent position.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the check-in and check-out of guests, ensuring that all information is recorded correctly.
• Implement night procedures for Front Office and Back Office, such as cash closure, night audit, communication to departments, and organization of the next day.
• Handle phone and electronic correspondence, responding to and forwarding communications promptly.
• Ensure that all check-in/check-out procedures are performed according to company standards and in compliance with internal regulations.
• Provide tourist information and assistance to guests regarding local services, transportation, events, and attractions.

Requirements

• Solid experience as a rotating Receptionist or Night Auditor in high-quality establishments.
• Good knowledge of the English language; knowledge of other languages is preferred.
• Good computer skills and familiarity with hotel management systems.
• Accuracy, reliability, autonomy, and customer orientation.
• Availability to work exclusively at night.

Working Hours:

• Night shift: 23:00 – 07:00
• 5 working nights a week and 2 consecutive days off.
