7-Eleven Night Shift AssociatePosition Overview
We are seeking an experienced and dependable Night Shift Associate for our 7-Eleven location. The ideal candidate must have a minimum of 5 years of hands-on convenience store or 7-Eleven experience and be fully familiar with overnight store operations.

This is an experienced-position opening. Candidates without relevant convenience store/7-Eleven experience will not be considered.
Required Experience & Skills
The candidate must have hands-on experience with:
- Minimum 5 years of convenience store/7-Eleven experience
- Delivery receiving and delivery check-in
- Restocking and organizing shelves
- Vault operations
- Preparing and applying food labels
- Making and preparing cookies
- Cleaning and maintaining grills
- Cleaning the hot food case
- Cleaning and maintaining fountain machines
- Cleaning and maintaining Slurpee machines
- Cleaning and sanitizing coffee containers and equipment
- Cycle counting and inventory procedures
- Creating, printing, and replacing shelf tags
- Product rotation and expiration-date checks
- FIFO inventory practices
- Stockroom and backroom organization
- Parking lot cleaning
- Cleaning trash cans and dumpsters
- Maintaining overall store cleanliness and appearance
Key Responsibilities
- Receive and accurately check in deliveries.
- Stock shelves, coolers, displays, and food-service areas.
- Complete cycle counts and identify inventory discrepancies.
- Create and maintain accurate shelf tags.
- Prepare cookies and other food-service items as required.
- Properly label prepared food.
- Clean grills, hot food cases, fountain machines, Slurpee machines, and coffee equipment.
- Maintain food-service areas according to sanitation and food-safety standards.
- Clean the sales floor, parking lot, trash areas, and dumpsters.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and fully stocked store throughout the night.
- Handle vault responsibilities according to company procedures.
- Assist customers professionally when needed.
- Report delivery discrepancies, equipment problems, inventory issues, and maintenance concerns to management.
- Ensure the store is properly prepared for the morning shift.
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years of relevant 7-Eleven/convenience store experience — REQUIRED
- Strong knowledge of overnight store operations
- Experience with delivery check-in and stocking
- Experience with cycle counts and shelf tags
- Experience with food preparation and sanitation
- Ability to work independently during overnight hours
- Reliable attendance and strong work ethic
- Ability to lift, carry, and stock merchandise
- Strong attention to detail

Pay: $15.95 - $16.00 per hour
