POSITION INFO: Minimum requirements: Bachelor of Laws (LLB) qualification Admitted Attorney of the High Court of South Africa Strong foundational knowledge and demonstrable interest in ICT Law and technology-related legal issues Understanding of the POPI Act , cybercrime, and digital evidence principles Excellent legal research, drafting, and writing skills.
