Role Overview
As a Chick-fil-A Team Member, you’ll play a key role in supporting both Front of House (FOH) and Back of House (BOH) operations. You’ll serve guests with warmth and care,
prepare high-quality meals to Chick-fil-A’s precise standards, and help maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming environment for everyone.
What You’ll Do
- Greet guests with a warm smile and deliver meals with genuine hospitality.
- Assist with drive-thru, dining room, and curbside service.
- Prepare, cook, and assemble menu items according to Chick-fil-A standards.
- Maintain cleanliness, safety, and sanitation throughout the restaurant.
- Restock supplies and support general restaurant operations.
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- Available for varied shifts — mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to 60 lbs.
