Summary
Act as the China commercial representative for new oncology products, leading pipeline launch planning, integrating commercial insights into early clinical development, shaping local/regional/global brand strategies, and driving country launch excellence and long-term portfolio growth within the relevant therapeutic area.
About the Role
Major Accountabilities:
- Lead the launch of ONCO pipelines by partnering with various internal departments and external stakeholders, including but not limited to Development Unit, Therapeutic Area Commercial, and Business Development
- Ensure commercial inputs during the early stages of clinical trials to support business decision-making, develop a clear brand strategy, and drive solid launch preparation to achieve launch excellence.
- Actively contribute to the development of the Global and Unit Brand Strategy and strategic planning processes.
- Ensure the long-term presence of the product portfolio in the pharmaceutical market in alignment with strategic goals.
Key Requirements:
- 7-10 years working experience in healthcare industry, with previous work experience in the field of healthcare system readiness for oncology/solid tumor preferred.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and systems-thinking capabilities, with the ability to synthesize complex scientific, clinical development, policy, regulatory, healthcare system, and commercial information into actionable business insights and internal strategies for new product planning and innovation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills and comfortable working in a fast-paced, cross-functional environment.
- Successfully managed complex projects with high visibility, ability to lead without authority.
- Quick learner, Agile working attitude and a team collaborator.
- Master’s degree required. Advanced degree in life sciences/biology, medicine, business, or related field preferred strongly preferred. Prior experience at MBB or a top-tier strategy consulting firm is preferred.
- Fluent Mandarin/English required
