The role:
- Defend insurer and business clients in a range of litigation matters, including premises liability, transportation, construction-related disputes, product liability, and general liability claims
- Manage cases through key stages of litigation, including motions, written discovery, depositions, and trial preparation
- Maintain proactive client communication and contribute to case strategy and resolution
Compensation & Perks
- Base salary up to $190,000 depending on experience

Salary & Benefits:
- 2+ years of insurance defense litigation experience
- Strong case-handling skills, including motions, discovery, depositions, and trial prep
- Interest in developing as a courtroom advocate and client-facing litigator
- California Bar license
Preferred:
Experience with premises liability, transportation, construction defect, product liability, or broader general liability defense matters
Location:
- Southern California or Bay Area
- Hybrid flexibility with a balance of in-office collaboration and remote working
