Key Responsibilities
- Promote patient and family-centered care, educating on illness management, post-treatment care, and medication use.
- Participate in activities that ensure patient safety, quality improvement, and regulatory compliance.
- Develop, implement, and document individualized care plans collaboratively with the healthcare team, patients, and families.
- Assess physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs, considering patient preferences, values, and cultural factors.
- Maintain communication and coordination across the continuum of care.
- Work in a safety-sensitive environment, maintaining alertness and safety at all times.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma or Associate's Degree; Bachelor's Degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Active RN license.
- Experience: No prior experience required; less than 2 years preferred if applicable.
