Role Overview This is a full-time nursing position focused on providing direct patient care in a neurological unit. The nurse assesses, diagnoses, plans, implements, and evaluates patient care activities, ensuring adherence to nursing standards and promoting patient and family-centered care. Responsibilities include educating patients on illness management, ensuring safety, quality, and regulatory compliance, and collaborating with the healthcare team to develop and communicate individualized care plans that address physical, psychosocial, and emotional needs.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Nursing Diploma/Associate's degree required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
- Licenses & Certifications: Valid RN license required.
- Experience: No experience necessary; 2+ years of experience preferred.
