Job Description

• Own the speed KPI strategy — set targets, align with stakeholders and management across departments, and translate this into clear, functional-team-level accountabilities end-to-end
• Drive performance to target — lead initiatives execution, tracking progress, and course-correcting to keep performance on track
• Lead and develop the team — build, manage, and grow a high-performing team; set clear roles and accountabilities, coach for capability, and ensure the team can develop and manage initiatives efficiently
• Design and pitch improvement strategies — identify gaps and opportunities, and develop new initiatives to lift speed performance organization-wide
• Turn data into decisions — analyze performance data to surface business insights, and use these to prioritize and steer initiatives that maximize impact
• Report speed performance to leadership — regularly report results, plans, and new initiatives to senior management, and proactively flag and escalate when performance deviates from target — with a clear read on root cause and recovery plan
• Manage cross-functional alignment — act as the connective tissue between functional teams, resolving conflicting priorities that impact speed
• Benchmark the performance — benchmark against industry best practices and bring in new methodologies or tools to keep the speed function ahead of the curve

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5-7 years of experience in strategic management, performance management, or a related field, with proven ownership of KPI-driven initiatives
• Proven experience managing KPI targets and driving cross-functional alignment across departments
• Strong stakeholder management skills, with experience presenting to Director/senior leadership level
• Strong analytical and data-driven mindset — able to translate performance data into actionable insights
• Experience leading and developing a team, including setting goals, coaching, and performance management
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal
• Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets required; experience with SQL, Tableau, Power BI, or similar tools is a plus
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-driven environment with frequent ad-hoc problem solving
