What You’ll Do
- Support the implementation and maintenance of network security solutions.
- Contribute to network security projects, ensuring tasks are completed within deadlines.
- Manage and follow up on incidents and service requests, ensuring proper resolution and communication with clients.
- Configure, monitor, and troubleshoot firewalls in enterprise environments.
- Work with Fortinet technologies, including FortiGate, for configuration, maintenance, and issue resolution.
- Assist in identifying and resolving network security issues and vulnerabilities.
- Ensure service quality and continuity for client environments.
- Contribute to process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and service delivery.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in network security operations
- Strong experience with firewalls (Fortinet / FortiGate preferred)
- Good knowledge of network security concepts (VPNs, NAT, routing, etc.)
- Experience in incident management and ticketing tools
- Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Fluent in Portuguese and English
- French is a plus
