About the role
We are seeking an experienced Network Operations Engineer with 12+ years of expertise in Network Operations, NOC, or NetOps environments. The ideal candidate will have strong troubleshooting skills, experience supporting enterprise-scale networks, and the ability to manage incidents, monitoring, and vendor coordination in a multi-vendor environment.
Required Qualifications
- 12+ years of experience in Network Operations, NOC, or NetOps.
- Strong experience with incident management, troubleshooting, and network monitoring.
- Experience working in large enterprise environments with multiple network vendors.
- Familiarity with ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management.
- Basic understanding of network security concepts, firewalls, and access control.
- Excellent analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, 24x7 operational environment.
Preferred Certifications
- CCNA or CCNP Certification
- Palo Alto PCNSA or PCNSE Certification
