JOB DESCRIPTION:

Being a person in charge for change management to receive a call, verbally, or Join Teams meeting as User require.

Manage and control, prepare and conduct change requests / work plan.
-
Clarify customer requirements and find out the solution based on existing device.
-
Understand the role of each of network device, how they work to satisfy customer service.
-
Understand multiband firewall, NAT, DNS, Load balancer concept
-
Understand routing protocol dynamic/static
-
Understand concept of AI and able to utilize it for general usage
-
Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT:
- Bachelor’s degree of Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology
- Minimum 1 years of working experience in Network Operation / implement / Network Administrator or related
- Experienced with Change Management Process.
- Understand multiband firewall, NAT, DNS, Load balancer concept
