Network and Security Engineer - Defense & Security

About This Role

This network and security engineer role involves joining a team of network experts to design and integrate complete secure systems for large state and civil projects in the Air, Land, and Sea sectors. It addresses the entire process of designing network and security solutions for the Defense & Security Business Unit.

Responsibilities

• Architect and design networks, primarily in a Cisco environment
• Design security solutions using Stormshield firewalls/encryptors
• Integrate into test platforms and industrialize configurations
• Provide support to project and deployment teams
• Draft associated documentation
• Support MCO/MCS teams

Requirements

• Master's degree in engineering or equivalent (Bac+5)
• 10 years of experience in network and security
• Proficiency in Cisco technologies
• Proficiency in Shell scripting
• Proficiency in Python
• Cisco CCNA certified
• Professional level of English (written and oral)

Nice to have:

• CCNP certification
• Knowledge of equipment from other manufacturers
• Strong technical analysis skills
• Strong functional synthesis skills
• Good writing skills for documentation (DAT, diagrams, integration files, procedures, etc.)
• Attentive, versatile, and enjoys teamwork while being autonomous
